I
am an experienced ecumenical facilitator offering both one-to-one
consultation/review for clergy and support for teams and groups (ordained
and lay).
My underlying assumption is a belief in the richness of the human
being made in the image of God and the importance of good feedback
if that creativity is to flourish.
I
work collaboratively and see myself primarily as a facilitator. My
main skill is listening to what is said and helping to unravel what
remains unsaid.
